Light straw in colour with fine, persistent bubbles. This Cava is rounded with a little dosage; balanced fruit and acidity through to the finish

The Xarel-lo grapes come from 70 year old vineyards. The bottles are aged in caves that were used as shelters by the civilian population during the Spanish Civil War.
