We know you are just getting your flip-flops and summer dresses out of hibernation, but we can’t help letting our minds wander to our favourite time of year… When else can you enjoy month long, cocktail-fuelled celebrations, leading up to a day of total and utter indulgence?

Christmas really is the most wonderful time of the year and we’re ready to embrace the festivities with our new Christmas menus for this year. Whether you’re looking for a three course festive celebration, buffets or a drinks party our resident Christmas Elfs are on hand to plan the best Christmas for you.

Don your Santa hat early and save yourself valuable Christmas cash with our early bird offer, we’ll throw in Prosecco all round when you book your three course menu before 31st October.

The Boring Bits!

We’ve put together a few helpful terms and conditions to help ensure your party runs as smoothly as possible.

Terms and Conditions

Payment & Deposits

  1. Your Christmas booking with us is confirmed once we have received a booking form and also your non-refundable deposit payment. You can download the booking form from allbarone.co.uk/christmas

  2. For all three course and festive buffets we require a £5 non-refundable deposit per person please

  3. For all drinks parties or drinks packages we require full payment before arrival. That way we can ensure all of your drinks ordered are awaiting your arrival

  4. We’ll make sure that your deposit is deducted from your final bill

  5. We never charge for reserving an area of our bar, however, depending on the date of your booking and number of people we may require a minimum spend but we’ll let you know when you make your booking with us

  6. All outstanding balances must be paid on or before the day of your Christmas party – sorry but we cannot invoice for payment after your event 

Offers

To take advantage of our Prosecco offer you must have booked your three course Christmas party by 31st October. We are really sorry but this offer is only available when booking the three course menu and not available on festive buffets or drinks package parties. 

Changes & Cancellations

  1. We understand that from time to time things change, and the number of guests may increase or decrease. No problem at all, just give us the final number attending your Christmas party at least 7 working days before your booking

  2. If for whatever reason a guest at your party cannot make it, please call the bar at least 24 hours in advance of your booking otherwise we will have to charge you for the full three course or buffet menu total. 

A Few Other Things

  1. When you confirm your final numbers and pay your deposit we will also need your full menu choices (pre order) at least 14 days before your booking – just so we have plenty of time to prepare for your event

  2. Please do let us know if any members of your party have allergies or dietary requirements and we’ll be happy to help with this

  3. We would really appreciate it if you could arrive on time for your party – just so we can make sure things run as smoothly as possible for you

  4. All guests attending your Christmas party must be over the age of 18 and if any of your guests look younger than 25 ensure that they bring a valid passport or driving license as proof of ID and age

  5. All prices include VAT

  6. An optional service charge of 10% will be added to your final bill on the day of your party

  7. And finally, if there is anything else we can help you with to make your Christmas party extra special then please let us know
