New Year’s Resolutions….everyone makes them, few of us stick to them. Because we are sometimes too tough on ourselves - promising on January 1st to make huge and sometimes difficult changes.

That’s why this year, our motto is:

Forget ‘New Year, New You’, (you were already pretty fabulous in 2017), we’re all about making small tweaks that deliver big results. Whether it is taking more time for yourself, nutrient-rich food to give you a boost, or finding a new track that makes you feel a million dollars - sometimes a little change can make a big difference.

All month, we’ll be sharing tips and tricks from registered nutritionist and wellbeing expert Sarah Jackson on how you can feel even more amazing, you can watch Sarah’s tips here.

But it’s not just about feeling great physically, in 2018 we want to encourage everyone to invest in themselves and be more mindful 2018. Mindfulness is all about being more aware of the present moment, and acknowledging your thoughts, feelings, and body.

Now, we’re not talking about going on a trip to Bali, staying in a monk temple and going silent for 3 days whilst you find yourself. Like we said, it’s all about the small changes!

Here are a few things you can do to be more mindful and take some time out for you.

One of the easiest things you can do for mindfulness is listening to music. We’ve created a playlist that is perfect for anytime of day. So whether you’re on your commute, sat in the office or just chilling at home, give it a listen to up your zen factor.

It’s time to treat Yo’ self! Run yourself a bath with extra bubbles, pour yourself a glass of wine and just relax.

Have some you-time. You deserve it.

Meditation is a great way for you to de-stress and focus on your body.

Not sure where to start? There are loads of apps and videos to help you get started.

Mindfulness is about being in the real-world and not being glued to the screen all the time.
So how about you put a phone ban when you are socialising with friends - you are there to see each other right?
