Bringing Cocktail Couture to Manchester’s Trafford Centre

We launched our brand new All Bar One in the Trafford last week, giving stylish shoppers in Manchester the perfect place to take a break while out shopping!

As part of our launch, and influenced by Manchester’s vibrant style scene, we fused fashion with the bar’s signature cocktails to showcase a ‘Cocktail Couture’ collection created by local fashion blogger and stylist, Sara Luxe. The collection, which featured three looks inspired by our favourite cocktails – Mojito, Cosmopolitan, and Honeybee Martini - was modelled on launch day by Isi Peters from J'adore Models Manchester.

In addition to the ‘Cocktail Couture’ commissioned collection, as part of launch day celebrations Sara Luxe was also on hand to offer style advice to lucky All Bar One competition winners Parisse Sharay, Amy Beckett, Eleanor Ward and Hannah O’Donoghue, who were treated to a VIP personal style consultation and then were able to relax and enjoy the bars stylish surroundings whilst the All Bar One style team hit the stores at the Trafford Centre to collect the fashion pieces selected during their consultation.

As part of this fashion-forward launch event, we’re hosting ‘Makeover Monday’ sessions throughout April, and working with students from Manchester Metropolitan University to offer some more personal style consultations to All Bar One guests! Sara Luxe shared style industry secrets with the students on launch day, giving them her tips and tricks for careers as personal stylists and bloggers, and giving them insight as to how she approached the styling task for us.

The launch day concluded with a VIP party where specially invited guests – including stylists, personal shoppers and Trafford Centre store staff – were able to enjoy the bar’s new look, whilst crafting their own cocktails at the new cocktail masterclass table, enjoying bites from the new menu and enjoy a bit of pampering from Lancôme. The bar’s cocktail station will allow us to host our popular Cocktail Masterclass events which help guests to discover the secrets of how to mix, muddle and mash up great cocktails, softails and hardshakes.
