Sustainable Sipping at All Bar One

Our brand new drinks menu is now live! That means a whole range of delicious new cocktails and wines to explore. We wanted to share a little more about how we select which products we stock, and why we’re so passionate about listing amazing drinks that do their bit for the planet.

Firstly, it would be impossible to mention our favourite ways to sustainably sip without mentioning Discarded Spirits. We’ve worked with the team at Discarded for over a year now and love collaborating with them to create amazing cocktails with amazing sustainability stories to match. If you were lucky enough last year, you might’ve sampled the exclusive Discarded Banoffee Martini. Our Conscious Cosmo is on the menu for another year – and not to be missed. The brand new Banana Mai Tai is just as amazing, made with the Discarded Banana Peel Rum - A fruity, sweet rum made by infusing Caribbean rum with banana peel, creating a rich, banoffee pie character throughout the palate.

We’re also pleased to be listing the brand-new Interpunkt Shiraz & Sauvignon Blanc. Interpunkt have created a cardboard bottle, with a carbon footprint 6 times lower than a glass wine bottle. The collaboration between Interpunkt and Journeys End in South Africa was the result of the goal to bring a great tasting product to consumers as sustainably as possible.

Sustainability is a huge part of what we do at All Bar One. From being the first bar on the high street to remove plastic straws from our businesses, to our Tiny Forest partnership with Fever Tree, to stocking products that taste amazing and do their bit for the planet. Sustainability is a long term goal for us, and we’re excited to take you on the journey with us.
